Client Relationship Manager/ Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities
  • HND/BSc/BA in any discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a related role
  • Female, single
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively in English Language (knowledge of any local language is an added advantage)
  • Result-oriented highly organized, and client-focused.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and follow-up skills.
  • Applicant must be based in ibadan.
Requirements
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Build, manage and maintaint strong client relationships

Responsibilities
  • Minimum of LLB qualification
  • Must be a certified lawyer by profession

Head of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth by identifying, negotiating, and clsing high-value real estate transactions.
  • Lead, recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Set clear performancce goals and ensure both individual and team targets are consistent
  • Generate quality leads and convert prospects into long-term, loyal clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring excellent after-sales support
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute effective promotional and digital campaigns
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and new business channels.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in real estate management (property sales experience is highly preferred)
  • Proven background in driving sales, revenue growth, and consistently surpasssing targets.
