Yes, Prices are reviewed periodically based on market conditions, development stages, and demand. Early buyers enjoy the best discounts. However, once you’ve subscribed to a payment plan or completed an outright purchase, your agreed price remains secured and unaffected by any future changes.
When will my plots be allocated?
Allocation is done upon either part payment or full payment for this estate.
When can i commence contruction on my plot
You can commence construction after -
